Soulrapha provides holistic wellness for aging care communities; including skilled nursing, assisted living, board and care, memory care and senior living communities. Human connection with people is an inherent aspect of our society. SoulRaphians work to lessen the effects of senior loneliness experienced in aging communities. Holistic Senior Care treats older adults based on an understanding of their physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs. SoulRapha programs and policies are inclusive of all persons regardless of race, cultures, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation.
Rapha is the Hebrew word for healing. Soul healing is what we do. Our mission is leading the fight to end senior isolation and loneliness in Orange County CA. Our vision is to revolutionize the way aging care communities are perceived by encouraging a culture that cares about seniors. The purpose of SoulRapha is to bring joy, comfort, encouragement and saving hope to isolated and forgotten seniors, out of love for one another.
Initially we will be offering pathways to Nursing careers including EMT's (Emergency Medical Technicians), CNA (Certified Nursing Aides), LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) & RN (Registered Nurse)
In the future we will be offering more options such as Psychologist, Social Workers and more.
While we are focused on creating a workforce for the growing senior population, these programs can lead to any field.
Students can find information online about different health care professions. We offer information on the many opportunities in the Health Care arena here.
Our NEXT STEP™ system helps students learn about what it takes to get started in their chosen profession. Learning from Students that are actually working towards their goals.
