Final Project: Sharing Your Senior Mentor Experience

The final project consists of documenting and sharing the interns experience with their Senior Mentor. Their assignment includes:<ul><li>A short written document sharing their experience</li><li>Creating social media posts to share their experience online</li><li>Joining the Heroes Online community to start building a network of like minded peers</li><li>Access and review the incredible resources from Santa Ana College for a career in Healthcare.</li></ul>

Interns share their experiences with their Senior Mentors on social media, in the community chat area and in a final document. They document what they learned, what they shared, what they can use for their future growth and development.
